Why Germany

Germany needs nurses. You need a future.

Germany faces one of the largest nursing shortages in Europe — and Indian nurses with GNM or B.Sc qualifications are among the most respected international candidates.

Massive demand

Germany needs lakhs of additional nurses this decade. Hospitals actively recruit qualified Indian nurses and offer contracts before you leave India.

Strong, stable salary

Earn in Euros from day one of your recognition phase, with a significant rise once you become a Registered Nurse, on regulated German pay scales.

PR & citizenship path

Nursing is a shortage occupation. Registered nurses have a clear route to permanent residency and, in time, German citizenship.

Family reunification

Once settled as a Registered Nurse, you can bring your spouse and children, with access to free schooling and healthcare.

Funded career growth

Specialise in ICU, OT, anaesthesia or geriatrics, or move into management — German employers fund further education.

Work-life balance

Regulated duty hours, paid overtime, roughly 25–30 days of paid annual leave, and strict labour protections under German law.
